I had probems at first to book at this website and when talked to friends about it they all seemed to agree. The site is very good except that it may perhaps be more clear about any mistakes done by the user while booking. I tried to book for the seated area of the BBC Orchestra Concert on the 17th July, 2019 but the application kept pending the processing for over 8 minutes and afterwards shutting down without confirmation. After several attempts I contacted them by email and I was replied to very efficiently and told what I was doing wrong. It is a pity that such an efficient service does exist here, but because of a small technical hitch the prompt attention given by the staff is marred. I am sure this is otherwise an excellent site.
