Website definitely not user friendly for procedure to purchase tickets. It is really time consuming and very frustrating. It remained locked on processing for quite a while after I inserted all my necessary details in fields provided and to be able to see if my booking had finally been processed, I had to try to purchase another ticket on the same name. It should not be like that. For future reference, that would deter me from purchasing any tickets online on same website especially when I have other options of purchasing them. Also I still have not received my ticket to be able to print it.
