One of the most unfriendly sites around. Don’t understand that free tickets have to be purchased on site. What about all the registration and data required for this booking. After 3 attempts gave up and had to seek help from a friend. I would not have gone at all to the event because of all the frustration caused to book and persisted as my nieces are performing. I ask you to get your act together and make it simple and a pleasure to book.
