I rated midway and fairly. in my booking experience I had to do so twice to succeed. 1st time round, the system went into an infinite loop, saying processing but ending up timing out. in the second experience, I was going to pay for something free (?) and had to be shown the drop-down menu to give that feature! speed was a bit better, 2nd time round. this is my honest experience. I'm authentic and won't lie to look nice.
