I didn’t like the idea of providing all my personal and confidential information on the website. You don’t need a DOB, address, gender and mobile number to purchase just a ticket. You spend time giving your person details which is a complete waste of time. I nearly stopped in the middle of the process, very time consuming. I’ve been to other shows and non of this nonsense is required. Your review should start from zero and not from One if you want a true reflection of reviews.
