What a bunch of amateurs. I paid for a season ticket at my local football team and they didn't send it to me until 2 games into the season so I missed the first game of the season then they said it was my fault as they didn't have my address! shambles
they did have my address as you need to fill all fields in when you purchase the ticket and it wont let pay if you haven't entered all the info required.
I complained but they just mugged me off.
don't use these people if you can help it.
