In my case the first attempt to purchase tickets failed due to lack of funds on my part. It would have been great if i had received a notification that my attempt was unsuccessful or something went wrong as i found out because in re-checking the booking looked not processed.
On the other hand i was served by Glen Farrugia who was very helpful and provided prompt response when i launched my query. I have only praise here and i am satisfied overall though the above recommendation would help customer experience if at all possible.
