My experience with booking tickets with Ticket Arena was rather harrowing. After having gone through the whole rigmarole of finding the seats and booking them, your site took the payment from my credit card but did not issue the tickets. It was only after looking up your telephone number and costing me an international call did the problem resolve itself. And that was thanks to Victoria, one of your support staff.
I am of the opinion that I should be awarded compensation.
