Today was the first time I used Ticket Arena. On the whole I found it quite straightforward. However I had a bit of a problem when it came to the billing address. This was not marked with an asterisk (which denotes that the information must be given), and I could not understand why a billing address was required when I was paying by card. Besides, I entered my address in English, whereas it is apparently to be written in Maltese; both are official languages in Malta. Another small comment: I entered my surname, in the appropriate box, as Vella, but this does not seem to have been registered as my surname by the system!
