I used the system to book 7 tickets.
I think improvement can be done on the following:
1) It would be preferred if after after finding out there aren't the seats you want on a particular date Ione could return to the 'All Events' page at the click of one button rather than having to go back 3 stages to get there.
b) It would be great if on the plan showing the seats and layout of the theatre one showed also which seats are elevated and which are not.
