Easy to sign up for a new account, find events and select the tickets you wish to buy. I would prefer if there was an option to pay by Paypal, apart from debit/credit card. Additionally, it is quite annoying to have to verify the payment through the code on your mobile phone since it took several minutes for me to receive the code (almost losing my reserved tickets). I would rather just proceed with the payment through my 'Verified by VISA' password.
