The waiting time was horrible. I got thrown out several times. So many times that I couldn’t purchase my ticket in time. When I tried again, the ticket was already sold out. And I am not the only one who it happened to, several of my friends had the same experience. I recommend to try and update some things concerning the speed and stability of the service - so that many more costumers will be happy with Ticket Arena.
