At first place I have an issue with the password(but it’s on me), however after this was solved the website by default included additional charge of .30€ for a service which I didn’t opt, and since to unclick it I had to stop the payment process (which I did once to unclick - the website shifted me to the page earlier than the wanted one), I proceeded with the payment. The final feeling was not present though (I know it’s just a .30 cent, but still...) it makes the customer feel fool, because if the moment is missed and you decided to correct something, the website will through you back and forth.
