It wasn't easy for me to register via my mobile. It was my first time using Ticket Arena. I was chatting with your Customer Helpers and Jimmy led me through. He was very helpful but for some time, I was not sure whether I was being seen to or not. Maybe a message promted to indicate that one is still being kept on hold would help. Cheers.
