Section 18 of the checkout terms and conditions sent out at time of purchase clearly state that if the event is cancelled or rescheduled we will be offered a refund or entitled to attend the new event. Section 7 of the terms on the website clearly state that if you CANNOT attend the rescheduled event you WILL offer a refund for the full face value of the ticket.. yet you are still refusing to refund people for afronation. Part 1 section 19 a term may regarded as unfair if a term has the object or effect to transfer the the traders rights and obligations under the contract, where this may reduce guarantees for the consumer, without the consumers agreement.
