I have two gripes:
1. You don’t accept AMEX as payment and this isn’t flagged from the outset. I was unable to pay by Apple Pay as a result and it wasn’t until I opted to pay by credit card that I learned this.
2. It has taken almost 50 minutes to get confirmation of my booking, both through email and in the Ticket Arena “ticket buyers” section of the website and I’ve been worrying... a lot!
Apart from that, all good. I now have the tickets and am HAPPY!
