The site is nice and very easy to use, however I found it rather disappointing that I’d been in line for 12 hours before the presale dropped and was still queued for 30 minutes which resulted in me not being able to buy the type of tickets I wanted due to them being sold out already. I wonder why queue positions were assigned randomly and not in order of how long you've been in line. Either way appreciate the system.
