I was purchasing tickets on the pre sale waiting list, i got through on my lap top but it seemed to freeze at the payment section, which is understandable due to the amount of people probably all on the website at the same time. However stressed me out a bit because i thought i may not get a ticket so i went in the queue for a ticket on another device and it worked fine there.
