The booking and paying processes were easy and straightforward but there was no mention of the name on the ticket automatically being the buyer's. NO way to insert the name of the person actually going prior to paying so you're stuck with the wrong name. I called them and they were very helpful: although they insisted that the website mentioned this, which was not so obvious to me, they also said that, as long as the user had a copy of the buyer's id, there wouldn't be a problem.
