Will never purchase another ticket through this again platform after they won’t give refunds for rollingloud or afronation.
Just remember the next time you think about buying from ticket arena, that they didn’t care about your life or whatever circumstances you were in during the corona virus crisis.
Just remember that the owner of this company was sitting good with his feet up and your money in the bank.
I can’t even write how I feel about this company properly, but I would defo sit and watch this company go down the drain with a big bag of popcorn.
