I purchased 4 Tickets from Ticketgum.
They have requested proof of idd for each for, full names and everything.
I receive 2 tickets on my name and 2 on a different name. lets say this was not the biggest issue as the name does not matter but 2 were in an area and 2 in a different area??
I did not have the option to select my seats on the website or at least to be informed that they were not in the same area?
I found out 1 day before when they have sent the tickets.
Unprofessional and a bad experience.
