“Trusted website. The best place to purchase tickets. Tickets were emailed three days before the event, as promised.
They provided me with the best seats at the category. Professional and pleasant stuff. I would recommend this website strongly!!!”
“Buying Olympic 2024 tickets on Ticketgum was easy and efficient. The site is user-friendly with a wide selection of seats. The purchasing process was quick, secure, and well-guided. Customer service was helpful and responsive. Overall, Ticketgum is a reliable platform for Olympic tickets.”
“Scammers! If I had the chance, I would love to take a swing at one of the dirtbags who run this operation. Bought two overpriced tickets to Man City at Crystal Palace on 4/6/24. Was told at the gate that they were fraudulent. Was sent to the box office where I was told the same. Ticketscum sent me an email 3 hours prior saying if I had a problem to message them on What's App and do not try to deal with the ticket agents and to not let them look at my phone. Of course I got no response when I messaged them. Only hours after the match did they respond and said I should have contacted them when I was standing at the gate.
Stay away!
If you happen to know where they are headquartered, please tell me so I can get my own non-monetary "refund".”
“I ordered 5 tickets but received 4 which were in two sets of two. When questioned, they sent a 5th ticket no where even close to the other ones. So, my wife didn’t go because no one wants to sit by themselves. Plus, the tickets were supposed to be on the long side but all were behind the goal. They rarely respond to email.”
“What an absolute joke of a scam operation.
Let's be clear on the business model:
They are pushing sponsored ads out to various markets such as Japan, South Korea and Australia to lure in unsuspecting buyers from abroad. These buyers look at official club sites and see that obviously Premier League games are sold out, but who are none-the-wiser to the fact that tickets are available on real, legitimate secondary markets affordably so plump for the unfortunate journey of buying a ticket on Ticketgum. DO NOT DO THIS!!!!!
Ticketgum's site is all nicely setup to show a variety of available seats, options and categories BUT does not have ANY tickets as listed on their site, you are simply buying a "promise" to a future event at a heavily inflated price that MAY NOT BE FULFILLED and despite their own claims that Ticketgum is a secondary market, this is not a "typical" secondary market.
Here is why:
You purchase a ticket for a heavily inflated price well before the game, tickets that they are able to acquire a day before the event at an extremely cheap price. What that means is that if the event is oversold or the tickets you bought on Ticketgum are not available on "real" secondary sites, you're likely to get the wrong ticket.
In our case they sold us a ticket which was almost 6-7x the real secondary market value which I received as a gift from someone who had only good intentions in the completely wrong category, they even had the gall to reply to an email to say it was in the correct category and offer an absolute joke of a refund.
We received the ticket about 7 hours before the game, which in itself is nerve wracking but this is because they're buying the cheapest possible near-equivalent to your original purchase (which you probably made months earlier while you were excited for and planning your upcoming trip to the UK to watch the Premier League!)
Look at their T&C's - they're completely protecting themselves from any possible outcome if the tickets are unavailable - so if you're flying in from South Korea to watch Son Heung-Min for Tottenham and it happens to be an Arsenal game that you always dreamt to watch - the chances are your purchase is NOT GOING TO BE FULFILLED as the tickets for this particular game are in very high demand.
Try for yourself to go and find any employee on this company from LinkedIn. This is a shady, dodgy company and they essentially ripped my friend off. Avoid like the absolute plague ....”
“What a terrible experience and what bald-faced lies they make about their service guarantees
I purchased Arsenal vs. West Ham tickets (28 Dec) in November 2023. I bought 4 tickets that were meant to be sitting together at Club Level. 2 of my children flew from Australia to see the game. When the tickets arrived inconveniently a few hours prior to the game it was apparent that there were only 3 Club level tickets and 1 ticket for the Upper Tier which has no access to Club Level facilities. My sons sat together and I sat in another block many rows behind them. My girlfriend didnt want to sit by herself in the Upper Tier and went home. When I complain they have the cheek to offer a GBP100 refund for delivering short on the tickets - WHICH THEY CHARGED ME GBP2,425.00 (all in cost of GBP606.25 per ticket incl booking fee).
So they sell 4 Club tickets and deliver only 3 and then offer me £100 refund and a worthless voucher for a seat I didnt use. They misrepresented what they could deliver and then failed to even refund me the ticket that I didnt want and couldnt use. I will never use these guys again.
I am very disappointed with their service and lack of customer orientation. It’s a scam whereby they buy tickets as cheap as they can, deliver them as late as possible so you cant respond, and underdeliver to customers just enough so they wont complain.
They don’t offer 100% money back guarantee – that is bald faced lie. They offer only a partial refund for a (deliberate?) mistake they made at their own admission.
Scam artists. There is no 100% guarantee - false and misleading representations abound with this company.”
“I purchased Tottenham vs. Everton game 3 months ago. The game was on Dec 22,2023. I bought 5 tickets and we flew all the way from LA to London to show the game to my kids. At the gate, I could not get in because the tickets were not under our name. So, I had to purchased the new tickets at the ticket office. Ticketgum stated that they sent email to me 2 hours before the game which stated that I should not go to ticket office nor speak to any stewards. I did not engage any discussions with anyone, stewards just scanned the ticket and noticed that it was not under our names. When I purchased the tickets, ticketgum asked me to provide the passport details so that they can match the tickets with iur names but it didn't happen. Now, I have requested the refund but they said no because they sent me notice " Do not go to the ticket office window or speak to any of the stewards and don't give up your phone". What kind of legit ticket provider send such guidelines unless it's a scam? Also, sending this message just before the game? What a joke. I am going to get my refund whatever it takes. Please DO NOT use ticketgum! Please don't fall for it.”
“Back in October 2022 I purchased two tickets for Arsenal vs. Wolves. It was a Christmas present for my nine year old son, who is a passionate Arsenal fan, but had never watched them live at the Emirates. On the 26th Feb 2023 I received the following message: 'Unfortunately, our suppliers let us down and we are unable to fulfil your tickets as requested. Consequently, we have cancelled your order and issued you a full refund'. Sorry, this is totally unacceptable and I would urge anyone considering using Ticketgum to avoid them like the plague.”
