“Back in October 2022 I purchased two tickets for Arsenal vs. Wolves. It was a Christmas present for my nine year old son, who is a passionate Arsenal fan, but had never watched them live at the Emirates. On the 26th Feb 2023 I received the following message: 'Unfortunately, our suppliers let us down and we are unable to fulfil your tickets as requested. Consequently, we have cancelled your order and issued you a full refund'. Sorry, this is totally unacceptable and I would urge anyone considering using Ticketgum to avoid them like the plague.”

“SCAM never received our tickets, £800 they took of us. We emailed them 3 days before the match to say we hadn’t received our tickets, there reply was that they was dealing with them. On the same day of the match they had still not come , we sent another email and everyone that we sent bounced back.
