Never buy from ticketgum again! I'm not really a person that leaves negative reviews because I know how much it can harm a company, but this is my first. I had to post to save other people the trouble because this company is the worst I have dealt with. Due to the pandemic, the Liverpool v Man City match was cancelled and I asked for a refund. Initially, I was told I will get no refund and can not get credit. After mentioning I will leave a negative review, they said they can offer full credit IF I sign an NDA where I don't leave a negative review. Long story short, I contacted my bank to file a chargeback and I received a full refund. I urge everyone who is in the same situation as me to contact their bank and file for a chargeback. Don't let them offer you vouchers/slight refund as they can go bust any day and you will be left with nothing. Do not buy from this website. If you look at the positive reviews, they are all fake. They are professional headshots taken from Shutterstock and hashed together with a review praising the site. Please don't make the mistake I made. Yes the tickets are cheap, but the customer service is a joke when things go wrong. Give yourself the peace of mind and buy from a reputable seller.

Predators I’m from the US. I was going to visit my daughter in the UK and I purchased tickets for the Man City vs Liverpool game on April 4. When it became apparent that I wouldn’t even be able to fly to England because of the pandemic, I contacted Ticket Gum and asked to have my ticket refunded. Unfortunately that was not an option. The game wasn’t canceled was the answer. They did offer me 30% of the ticket price. They also asked in the email they sent, that I must refrain from going on social media for their generous offer. This company is predatory and to be avoided at all cost. I will most definitely do my best to discredit them on social media whenever possible

If I could give zero I would . Disgusting company . Liverpool game cancelled because of Covid 19 refusing to refund 562.00 pounds and tell me you will have a voucher for next year . No I won’t I will have a refund and now going down the legal route . And more so after seeing these reviews on cloned and fake tickets . They deserve to be closed down as this is disgusting !!!

My American son is studying at University of Huddersfield and was excited to get the chance to see the 2nd leg of the Champions League game, Man City vs Real Madrid. We bought him a ticket on Ticketgum with my valid Visa card. Ticketgum said it looked fraudulent and denied his ticket after already receiving the funds from Visa. Total wankers!

I ordered tickets to the Chelsea vs Bayern Münich game and was thrilled to find out that the tickets were legit especially considering that I payed in excess of £300 on 2 tickets that retailed at £75 What I am annoyed about is that to pick up the tickets I had to go to a random café in the middle of Edgware Road rather than picking them up at the venue, receiving an e-ticket or home delivery(which I understand would have been difficult due to ordering them just 26 hours before kick off I also found the customer support very annoying as it was slow and continued to tell me the same thing rather than helping my problem Overall I recommend if you need last minute tickets and have the money and are willing to pick them up but otherwise I would recommend another site

I purchased 4 Tickets from Ticketgum. They have requested proof of idd for each for, full names and everything. I receive 2 tickets on my name and 2 on a different name. lets say this was not the biggest issue as the name does not matter but 2 were in an area and 2 in a different area?? I did not have the option to select my seats on the website or at least to be informed that they were not in the same area? I found out 1 day before when they have sent the tickets. Unprofessional and a bad experience.

I spent over £400 for two tickets to a match, but they were fake, so I was refused entry. I passed the document to Ticketgum showing the stadium didn't let me in and they refused to refund my money unless I signed something saying I would not post a review on social media. So, if you wonder why this scam company doesn't get more reviews, it is because they extort their customers.

This was by far the worst experience i have had with a football ticket provider. I paid $2700 euros for Liverpool tickets and travelled from Canada last week as a present for my husband’s 50th birthday — and did not get the tickets which was devastating for him. A huge Liverpool fan. It is impossible to get anyone at Ticketgum to respond to emails - I realize now that all of the emails from them were automatic ‘no reply’ BOT responses leaving me thinking they are not legitimate. Ticketgum has now ghosted without refunding my $2700 euros. Please DO NOT use this service.

I paid over £900 for 2 tickets to the FA Cup Final on Saturday and take my son for the first time to Wembley - we arrived and were told the tickets could NOT be used as they had been cloned - they were used 1 hour before! My son was distraught I was angry and I have reported the whole incident to the Police, Wembley and my bank as fraud! Do not use this site at all. Wembley confirmed the cloning and the ticketgum.com site was something to be extremely concerned about. It was a terrible and disturbing experience that has left me angry and my son extremely upset. The only way I would change this review is after emailing ticket gum.com and trying to contact them over the weekend - they have come back to me yet - they refund my money and find out how these tickets IF they were genuine were cloned and used by another party?

I recently bought 2 tickets for the Liverpool v Man United match in Anfield for my partner's birthday. The total cost of the tickets was 920 euro for what was described as deluxe tickets. We were both bitterly disappointed to discover our seats were actually the second row from the back.I paid a lot of money for the worst seats in the stadium.I will NEVER use ticketgum again and would strongly advise others not to either,i feel Ticketgum is an unscrupulous business.
