They sold my seat twice meaning when I showed up for the concert, someone else was sitting in my seat with a valid ticket! After emailing customer service, they responded with a form letter directing me to the FAQ and therefore issuing no apology or type of refund. Extremely disappointing and so unprofessional! Vultures
