“I was very bad experience with Ticketone italy.
I tried to get Tickets to David Gilmour, and they failed.
In order to buy ticket you have to register. They don't send sms to international customers. So I called them, they barely speak English. I tried to activate, but they tell you local number. Problem, because later after registering you have to buy ticket, it again asks for confirmation via phone number(no email option ) and they don't send abroad. They never sold my problem. Missed last opportunity for such great event.”
“Never ending story of solving ‘load contents’ problem. You can’t even purchase the ticket from abroad even your account already registered. If you’re in Italy maybe yes, you can. If you’re from outside of Italy, it’s just in your dream to buy your tickets.”
“EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE (FAKES TICKETS)
Purchased 3 Adult tickets for Imola GP and 2 of them where faked from children to adult and when showing them at the entrance they we're rejected.”
“My feedback:
I do not recommend booking with TicketOne:
- their booking forms don't always work and it's easy to make mistakes
- if you make a mistake their customer service are not helpful. lots of reasons why they won’t refund you.
- their insurance (which defaults on your purchase) is of little use for the things you actually want… lots of exclusions!
- overall a very bad experience, TicketOne is not a customer centric company...they want your money! and don't support the customer when they need help. I would avoid. regards”
“Ho pagato la polizza biglietto sicuro per stare tranquillo. La mia ragazza è stata poco bene e non siamo potuti andare al concerto.
Dopo diverse email e risposte inutili e ridicole, ho dovuto rinunciare e ho perso i soldi.
Una TRUFFA. Lasciate perdere!!”
“TicketOne requests that you create an account, provide name, sex, place of birth, address, contact info and other private information...just to buy a gallery ticket! They also force you to buy insurance for 3 euros and force you to subscribe for their newsletter (there is one button for "I accept the terms" and "I want to subscribe to a newsletter".) TicketOne is clearly a fraud! It's fascinating that EU is fighting Google while allow this type of scammers operate!”
“They sold my seat twice meaning when I showed up for the concert, someone else was sitting in my seat with a valid ticket! After emailing customer service, they responded with a form letter directing me to the FAQ and therefore issuing no apology or type of refund. Extremely disappointing and so unprofessional! Vultures”
“Ticketone require unnecessary information eg DOB, nationality. age, sex, address just to buy a concert ticket! What for? In an age of rampant identity theft, do not use ticketone as you are giving away your identity.”
“I would trust raging drug addicts with my life savings before I would trust ticketone again. Their chicanery regarding the Italy v England Six Nations game is beyond belief. They are hiding behind the semantics of postponement despite it being patently obvious that fans will not be allowed into the ground for the rearranged fixture. Notwithstanding that, even if fans are allowed into the game, most people, including me, have other commitments on the recently rearranged date. The shenanigans employed by ticketone one in my case include sending me emails containing broken website links, responses entirely in Italian which I do not understand and good old fashioned completely ignoring my reasonable requests for a refund or an update. If I could award them no stars I would. Welcome Covid19 into your home before you welcome ticketone.”
