I was very bad experience with Ticketone italy.
I tried to get Tickets to David Gilmour, and they failed.
In order to buy ticket you have to register. They don't send sms to international customers. So I called them, they barely speak English. I tried to activate, but they tell you local number. Problem, because later after registering you have to buy ticket, it again asks for confirmation via phone number(no email option ) and they don't send abroad. They never sold my problem. Missed last opportunity for such great event.
