Terrible. I searched for tickets for a play for a particular date, two tickets came up, I bought them, and they turned out to have been for a month before - as in the date was a month in the past. I cannot get through to any customer service (and I've really tried) and it's been 8 days now since I requested help, with no clear way of getting a refund. And they were expensive tickets! Very frustrating - I will never use them again.
