Unfortunately was requested a refund. Was told by TicketSwap it would be 5 days. It’s now been 10 and communication has stopped they will not respond to any tweets (only form of communication 🤷♀️) has done a claims letter awaiting response but please do not use. These are a FRAUDULENT company
