terrible service!! i bought a ticket and realised it would not be valid as this specific venue gives you a link to a digital QR code 24-48 hours before the gig. I asked ticketswap to help, literally providing evidence from the event venue website that the ticket would not be sufficient. they told me everything was fine and not to worry (making me feel crazy for even asking) at the event i was right and the ticket would not work, we were lucky with the staff at the roundhouse and managed to get in but she advised us that ticketswap is dodgy and not to use them. after this i would never use ticketswap again and advise anyone i know not to.
