TERRIBLE! My boyfriend bought a ticket to GreenDay in Milan and all his friends were able to enter but him. It said that his ticket was cloned, someone has already used it to go in. This is unacceptable. We then tried to reach out and there’s no customer service available. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
