i sold a ticket through the platform in november, having passed all the verifications 4 days before the event (mid june) they started extorting the money on the grounds that it was personalized, having my name on it i contacted the official seller right away, and they replied no id was necessary, only the zip code, and if i wanted to i could change the name in my profile i replied to ticketswap immediately, but they stayed silent until after the concert, keeping extorting the money ALTHOUGH their terms clearly state they were supposed to injtiate a chat with the buyer to settle the matter, which they never did i am pretty sure the girl attended the concert and they just want to get some money for. themselves thiefs and blackmailers! never sell anything!
