Terrible service.
Used ticket swap twice:
once to buy tickets which were bought by four other people for an event.
Then, to sell one ticket which the buyer also claims not have been able to get into the event. Theres clearly a fault in the system but I had to refund the ticket... Ticketswap were really unhelpful in resolving this. I had follow up emails threatening that I would have to pay extra charges if I didn't refund the ticket.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE
