Appalling Service... my account has now been out of action for 40 days and i cant get to my money. Despite numerous messages and requests for a call from a manager (which I still haven't had), It's still not resolved.. Simply get the same useless rabbited responses from nameless individuals.. no customer service.. No care... nothing at all…
