What a complete joke of a company. You are charged money… TO TRANSFER A BALANCE IN… you open an account and pay 20p for every transfer. Given that Starling, Monzo and other mainstream banks do this for free, why would anyone bank with Tide.
Poor security protocols, wayward transactional fees and slow processing times are a number of reasons to avoid Tide.
