Summed up in short, shockingly bad! Customer service is terrible, they only have a chat system which resulted in endless amount of chats with no real outcome at the end. Set up the account and after about a week of putting up with nonsense and no customer support whatsoever, I closed my account. I can’t imagine how frustrating it would be if actual £’s were involved!
