A simple domicile change of address, five days later.. an hour this morning on the chat, and it’s still not being actioned . Through the process, they told me I can do it myself (you can’t) , then they misunderstood the request, then I was passed on to another team that has asked me for the same papers I have proved a few days ago. No apologies, no explanation, no compassion. Almost like speaking to a chat box designed by Internet Explorer . My hey don’t read your messages, just paste standard replies. A tad frustrating. Facepalm x10. Insult to injury, the app stopped working and am not able to read their messages. After two hours with them they have finally confirmed the opposite of my request - ie that they have updated my address to my old one. You can’t make this up!!!’
