Such bad and incompetent customer service. The moment I can, will be switching form them, save yourselves the rouble.
A simple domicile change of address, five days later.. an hour this morning on the chat, and it’s still not being actioned .
Through the process, they told me I can do it myself (you can’t) , then they misunderstood the request, then I was passed on to another team that has asked me for the same papers I have proved a few days ago.
No apologies, no explanation, no compassion. Almost like speaking to a chat box designed by Internet Explorer .

Insult to injury, the app stopped working and am not able to read their messages.
After two hours with them they have finally confirmed the opposite of my request - ie that they have updated my address to my old one. You can’t make this up!!!’
