Needed a "different" bow tie very quickly. Phoned Tieroom regarding the best delivery option. Man I spoke to could not have been more helpful. Followed his steer and, sure enough, it arrived within about 16 hours from Sweden - excellent customer service and I'm very pleased with the quality of the tie. Will use Tieroom again.
