“Unfortunately, I had to pay an unexpected import duty of $22.21, on top of $12.02 in shipping, for a $26.70 purchase for 4 Silk and Clean Packs. So it was a total of $34.23 in shipping and import duty for a $26.70 purchase!! The US website does not seem to carry the Silk & Clean Packs, which is why we purchased the item from Tieroom UK. Big mistake! Never again! Love the product, but not the fees.”

“Tieroom were outstanding from the time I ordered until the date my leather bow tie arrived. Royal Mail were useless and held the tie for a week. I have scored delivery based on Tieroom, not RM. Niklas helped throughout and made sure I was supported. The tie itself was great!”
