“An excellent choice of colours and I found a bow tie for my husband that coordinated with my dress. Unfortunately the tie was badly stitched and before we arrived at the event the central band was fraying and came away - very disappointing.”

“The tie was OK but the service was not. I paid extra for prompt delivery and UPS notified me of a Friday delivery. It was Thursday the following week before my order arrived, without any notification, by which time I had already bought another tie locally. So there will be no more orders from me!”

“To be honest, I was sceptical about ordering due to the mixed reviews, however, my purchases arrived within the time frame on the website, and the products are excellent quality. I purchased several items, as I needed to check colours. The returns process was easy for the surplus products. Actually receiving my refund did take 16 days, however this is within the time frame stated on the website.”

“I bought a bow tie that is really nice and a very good size. The delivery was also very quick. The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is that the bow tie has a corner with some thread out of the normal shape. I think that it is a tiny detail that is not really visible when wearing the bow tie.”
