I like the black tie that I have kept but I have returned the other two as I don`t think the colour reproduction on your site is accurate as they are too light. I also have misunderstood as I thought returns were free. I don`t know if you will charge £5 or £10 for the returns as they were both in the same envelope but I think both charges are unfair in the circumstances. Regards, Philip Grundy

Glad to hear you liked the black tie! The cost of returns has to be taken somewhere. If not a return fee, it would be in higher product prices. We charge only the £5 no matter how many products you return.

Tie is fine but £5 per return is not ideal I would never shop here again

Hi Daniel, You can also choose to pay your own postage instead of using our pre-paid return label when sending the return back to us and we will not charge you £5 for the return.

Be careful if you need a specific colour, as they look EXTREMELY different than the picture. The material’s texture and level of shine isn’t accurate either. Had to return, which from the UK isn’t very easy or fast. Been about 2 weeks since sending it back and I haven’t gotten my money back yet.

Sorry that the color was not what you were looking for. The colors are sometimes hard to get 100% correct online because all screens are different and silk is also a quite shiny fabric. If you look at the fabric inside under a lamp and outside in the sun the shades of the color can vary quite much. I will tell our photographer to take a look at this design and adjust the colors if necessary. We have Royal Mail return labels for UK so the return process is easy but sometimes it can take 1-2 weeks before the refund has been made. I can see that your return is in the weekly package with UK returns that we will receive today so I have processed your refund. Kind regards

Received the bow tie in good time and thought there was plenty of choice but within an hour of wear it had come unstitched. Rather embarrassing for me as I purchased it for my husband to match my dress and very embarrassing for him to be stuck in it for nearly the entire evening.

Poor quality tie swatches, extortionate delivery prices although quickly refunded when delivery data was missed. Wont be buying.

We offer free delivery on everything. Wouldn't quite call that extortionate. The cost of express shipping, which I assume you are referring to, is indeed expensive and yet we are subsidising that cost and only having the customer pay a part of it. Your shipment was delayed, and we are so sorry for that. While almost all packages arrive within the estimated time frame, we have to rely on third parties for the package to make it to your door, and they are only human and sometimes fail. Still, the responsibility is on us, and we refunded your shipping cost right away. Sorry our swatches didn't live up to your expectations. They are usually very appreciated. We would love to hear more about what you didn't like with them.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. We put a tremendous amount of work into making sure our photos are as similar to reality as possible. It is though impossible to make them look the same on all different screens and environments of our customers. Good thing you checked by buying a swatch first 👍

Hi Craig, So sorry you haven't received your tie yet. Under normal circumstances, it should have reached you within a week. The strikes at the Royal Mail are, unfortunately, causing significant delays. Your tie should most likely arrive next week.

Hi, I can see your order got stuck with FedEx several days. So sorry about this! Very uncommon. 99% of our express shipments arrive within 48hrs and most within 24hrs. I have refunded you the shipping fee and hope you still liked and had use for the products. If not, please contact support and they will organize a return and refund.

Tie arrived with no clip to actually tie the tie; making it completely pointless. It had the pin to select collar size but lacked the clip to connect the two ends together. Pretty poor. Delivery etc was as expected however.

I was not happy as the the stated it is a silk tie which it is not. I have a silk tie and this is not silk but nylon. It’s a insult to be charged £25 for something that is not as it’s stated, I have payed less for much better quality.

Hi, The tie you ordered (Solid light yellow) is absolutely made 100% out of silk. To be more exact, it is Mulberry silk in a Jacquard weave which might give a different appearance than the other tie you have. We don't have a single nylon/polyester tie in our store. If you aren't happy with the tie, you are free to return it for a refund.

Hi! The returning address is actually a forwarding address that we have to facilitate/"cheapify" the returning process for our tieroom.co.uk-customers. The returns are then sent to our warehouse in Sweden every Thursday and we receive the returns on Friday or on Monday. So we're expecting UK returns tomorrow or Monday - hopefully your return will be in there. When did you send it? Don't worry though, the same day that we receive them we will process your return. Having bought the item for an event a week in advance one would expect the item to be delivered within the 3-6 working days as stated on the website. Sadly, this was not the case and in fact took 12 days for delivery and therefore was not able to be used for the intended event.

Very sorry that you did not receive it in time for the event. 99% do get delivered on time but sometimes packages gets sorted wrong and then it can take a few days extra. Average delivery time is 4 days. Let us know next time you order and we will upgrade you for free to DHL 24 hour delivery as compensation. Kind regards
