Poor communication. I sent back my order as it was unsuitable but got no acknowledgement of my return or confirmation of my refund - it was just posted back to my account.

Hi! Sorry to hear you were unhappy with our service. Communication is one of Tieroom's top priorities and customer service is generally very appreciated by the vast majority of our customers. - Reg. non-acknowledgement of returns - we used to confirm every single refund, but a while back, a heavily increasing amount of returns forced us to stop that, to be able to prioritise getting the actual refunds done as soon as possible, as well as handling new orders coming in. At the moment we only communicate around refunds when someone asks. This is something we regret and hope to remedy in the future, but at the moment and as things are developing, it's hard to see it. Quoted 3-6 working days delivery... Item arrived a calendar week later (5 working days). Ok, that's within 6 working days but how on Earth in 2018 does a pocket square take a week to get delivered? Communication wasn't great, either. Lesson is ORDER early!

Hi there,reg. how it can take 5 working days to deliver a pocket square - perhaps you, like a few others, presuppose we ship from Wakefield, due to the fact that we have our UK returning address there. We actually ship from Sweden, so we're quite happy it was delivered within estimated delivery time, especially as delivery tends to slow down a bit as we approach Christmas. Hope you were happy with the pocket square. Furthermore, we're always aspiring to do better - what part of communication were you not happy with?best regardsAnand,Tieroom customer service

Sorry Tieroom ordered the Tie for my son?s prom night but it didn?t arrive in time. So was very disappointed, it took over a week delivery not so good.

Hi! We always send the same day as an order is placed (if placed before 14.00). If placed after hours or on a weekend or as in your case, on a holiday, it will be shipped first upcoming working day. Your order was shipped on May 2. Our estimated delivery time is 3-6 working days, so you should have received it May 9 to be within that limit. Sometimes postal services mess up, which is a drag for both you and for us. Fast delivery is normally one of our strong sides. Sorry if you had to wait for too long.
