The Easter holidays add some time to delivery, but we can see it left the sorting centre on Friday and should be with you this week. Customer service will contact you with more details.

Hi James, Sorry that we mixed up your order with another James. I emailed you this morning and a new order with the correct items has been packed and shipped today with DHL for delivery tomorrow. A pre-paid return envelope for the incorrect order is included in the package. Sorry for the trouble!

My order hadn't been delivered after 10 days. Nobody from Tieroom contacted me but when I contacted Tieroom the response from Niklas was very swift and helpful. The order, which was for a friend's funeral, was cancelled and swiftly refunded.

It can take up to three weeks until a return is processed and the refund issued as they, after landing at our UK warehouse, need to be shipped to our main European warehouse before that happens. Don't worry, you will get your refund.

I received an email on 30.06.23 stating my item had been dispatched. Today is the 16th July and the item has still not been received. This is outside the company limit of 3-9 working days and despite being told I would have it by the end of the week just past. It was required for our son’s wedding, so particularly disappointing. Please provide a refund asap.

Hi Joshua, So sorry you haven't received your tie yet. Under normal circumstances, it should have reached you within a week. The strikes at the Royal Mail are, unfortunately, causing significant delays. Your tie should most likely arrive next week.

Ordered a tie on the 26th November said it was shipped on the 28th for a wedding on the 9th of December still havnt received the tie its now 14th December.
