“Tieroom were outstanding from the time I ordered until the date my leather bow tie arrived. Royal Mail were useless and held the tie for a week. I have scored delivery based on Tieroom, not RM. Niklas helped throughout and made sure I was supported. The tie itself was great!”

“I ordered the tie without tracking and, unbeknown to me, it was delivered yo the wrong address although I had notification of delivery. I contacted Tieroom about it and they replied immediately. I felt confident that the matter would be sorted out and they were extremely understanding. The tie was eventually rerouted so there was no further investigation needed but the support was excellent.”
