Delivery was delayed due to coming from abroad. Did not know that in advance. Envelope tie was in had glue so strong it damaged things. Compltely unnecessary. The edge of the envelope stuck to the cellophane wrapper on the handkerchief and could not be removed. Also charge £5.00 for returns which may be fair enough but no mention up front that was the case. Very disappointed.
