“I returned the item as it arrived to late, I have not heard back regarding my refund, I have proof of posting from the Post Office. The item was returned unopened and the tracking information is that it was delivered back at Tieroom York Uk.”

Thanks for your feedback. We put a ridiculous amount of effort into our product photos to ensure they are as realistic as possible. It is, though, impossible to ensure that the pictures are perfect on every screen, as screens can differ enormously in how colours and tones appear. Thus, the samples are great if one wants to be really sure. Still, I will speak with our photographer to see if we can do even better and take more pictures. Thanks for shopping with us!

“Place a few orders over a few days, and one tie ended up left out. I got a very fast response from the customer service team and I got the missing day with express shipping. Very happy with the swift response and excellent customer service. These things happen, and what matters is how it is dealt with, and Tieroom dealt with it perfectly. I am very happy with the qualities of the ties, beautiful designs too. I’m struggling with the bow tie… but I’ll figure it out.”

“I hadn't come across Tieroom but when looking for a new bow tie for my husband stumbled on their website. There were plenty of designs to chose from and a wide range of colours. The site was easy to navigate and the purchase and payment was easy. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the bow tie.”
