Place a few orders over a few days, and one tie ended up left out. I got a very fast response from the customer service team and I got the missing day with express shipping. Very happy with the swift response and excellent customer service.
These things happen, and what matters is how it is dealt with, and Tieroom dealt with it perfectly.
I am very happy with the qualities of the ties, beautiful designs too. I’m struggling with the bow tie… but I’ll figure it out.
