Tieroom had sent my express order to the incorrect address, however after a quick call they organised collection of the order from the incorrect address, sent it to me by hand delivered courier and refunded the postage costs. This was exceptional service and I'm very grateful to them as the pocket squares were required urgently for my wedding day.
