Excellent quality ties and particularly excellent customer service. Speedy delivery of my intitial order, which unfortunately included an incorrect item - however the error was rectified as soon as possible and the correct item was shipped the following day, arriving in good time. Due to quick replies from customer service, no inconvenience on my part was caused.
I would definitely recommend - great quality ties and high attention to customer care.
