Having ordered items that were despatched immediately but had not arrived due to the Easter holidays and Royal Mail, I contacted Tieroom and spoke with Niklas who was very helpful and offered a full refund of the items and all my postage costs. It was excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend Tieroom as an example of a customer focused company putting service about profit.
