I ordered a bow tie for my husband for an event at Christmas. The tie was a little slow in arriving so I contacted tie room. Nikolas was extremely helpful and offered to send a replacement by 24hr courier if the tie hadn't arrived the next day. Luckily the tie turned up the next day in time for the event. It is fab and I have a very happy husband. First class service!
